Safety Harbor Public Library and the local chapter of the Florida Gulf Coast Alzheimers Association announce a free creative arts program for individuals experiencing early stages of dementia, every Monday at 2:00 PM, beginning September 13. This fun, creative program supports self-expression and social engagement for individuals in the early stages of dementia. No art experience is required. Participants engage and communicate emotions, stories, and memories though art and group discussion. The program is offered in person. A virtual option is also available at a different time.
