Safety Harbor's Very Hairy Halloween Pet Costume Contest - 
Dress up your pet in a safe, comfortable costume and enter them for $5 to win our Pet Costume Contest!

Costumes will be judged by People’s Choice Votes, $1 per vote
Silent Auctions Items, $1 per ticket
Proceeds benefit the Humane Society of Pinellas
