Thrill of the Grill: Turn Your Patio into a Gourmet Restaurant

Chef Warren Caterson will share tips and tricks to elevate your summer grilling at the Safety Harbor Public Library on Thursday, July 25 at 6:30 pm. Whether it’s steaks, chicken, veggies, or dessert, you’ll learn the secrets of great grilling masters. Chef Warren will culminate his presentation with a cooking demonstration of a healthy-grilled, marinated swordfish entrée easily replicated in less than 10 minutes. Chef Warren is a full-time writer and chef. He studied at the Southeast Institute of Culinary Arts and is the author of award-winning cookbooks Table for Two – The Cookbook for Couples, Table for Two – Back for Seconds, and recently published Cooking Outside the Lines – Musings of an Extemporaneous Chef.
