Line up beside a young person exiting foster care as a Job Coach Mentor in the Ready for Life, Inc. (RFL) "Ready for Work" certification program. Sign up today! Don't miss this incredible opportunity to help local former foster youth overcome the odds by being able to compete in today's job market. Job Coach Mentors are accountability buddies and cheerleaders to help these resilient young people as they learn. --- A little of your time can completely change the trajectory of life for a young adult coming out of the dependency system. Our mentors tell us time and again, it's fun and very fulfilling to be a part of this journey with their "mentee". – Ready for Work Volunteer enrollment opens May 1. Classes start in June.
